Facebook is being widely believed that it is B2C platform. B2B businesses who depends on bringing new leads consistently has very little opportunities here. But very fewer people are knowing or using Facebook lead ads. Although B2C companies are using it widely for their diverse purposes. As per my experience of B2B lead generation campaigns, I found it very effective. When we talk about social media strategy and say that you should have the right mix of Jab and hook. The best hook for B2B is getting the qualified leads.
Ok, let me further explain why Facebook lead ads are better to experience than lead generation ads on other platforms. First it very simple to set up and ads display in the native form. Second, it is kind of liberation from landing pages and third it saves the user from filling up forms. No one says they love to fill the form. So here facebook take info from user facebook profile and auto fill the form and save the user from manual filling. This is a great experience, especially on mobile devices.
Facebook had updated on their site, why it is better user experience.

Simply put… Lead ads allow advertisers to collect information from prospects directly from mobile ads.
Instead of sending traffic to a landing page where people manually fill out a form and press submit, they click on the ad, their information (name & email) is pre-populated, and they hit submit. All within the Facebook platform.
Here I am giving you a demonstration on how to create leads ad on facebook using power editor.
#Step 1 Open your power editor and click on “Create Campaign” option.
#Step 2 Give a name to your campaign, adset, and ad.
#Step 3 From here you have to put details of your campaign, in this step you can set spent limit to campaign level. You can leave it also, it can be set further in Adset level.
#Step 4 In this step you have to set budget, the campaign running schedule and detail ed targeting.
#Step 5 Here you can add further targeting filters of Demographics, Interests, Behaviors, connection types and device. In last of this step, you can set bid type either automatic or manual.
#Step 6 From this step you have to create Lead Ad, ad creation is almost same like other ads. You can see the screenshot.
#Step 7 Here you have to select the lead type from various options like Apply Now, Download, Get Quote, Learn More, Sign Up and Subscribe.
#Step 8 Now you have to create lead form.
PS: You can bring traffic on your web page also but here we are talking about pre-filled lead generation form.
#Step 9 Name the form. You can use this form for other lead ads also.
#Step 10 The details you desired, here you have to tick the box for creating the form.
#Step 12 Now you have to create context card where you put details of your product, service info or company brief in nice text and visual combo. It is optional but it is good touch point to pitch your brand, product or services.

Collect Your Lead: for collecting the leads, go to your page and click on publishing tool option. You will see form library. You can download your collected leads in CSV format.
